1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this portal or enrolling in the counselling programs offered by AAS Eduguide Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not access or use this portal.
2. Services Description
AAS Ayush Counselling is a specialized medical admission counselling portal designed to guide students through the complex process of AYUSH admissions (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, BNYS) in India and abroad. We offer:
Core AYUSH Counselling Services
- AACCC UG Counselling: Strategic guidance for All India Quota, Deemed Universities, and National Institutes.
- State Quota Counselling: Admission guidance across respective state quota counselling boards (UP, MP, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, etc.).
- Choice Filling Assistance: Expert choice list sequence generation to optimize seat allocation probability.
- College Predictors: Rank-based predictors incorporating historical cut-offs.
Premium Advisory Packages
- One-on-One Counselling: Dedicated personal counselors during choice-filling windows.
- NRI & Management Quota: Special guidance for Private AYUSH colleges and NRI quota compliance.
- Allotment Security Guidance: Support regarding documents verification, bond details, and admission reporting.
3. User Responsibilities
To ensure the integrity of the medical counselling prediction models, users agree to:
- Accuracy of Scores: Provide genuine NEET rank, scores, and category details. Misrepresentation of NEET rank voids any college predictions automatically.
- Document Verification: Keep academic certificates, category certificates, and NEET cards ready for state-level verification boards.
- Credentials Security: Maintain confidentiality of choice filling portal credentials. The Company holds no liability for choices locked by users on government portals.
4. Payment and Booking Terms
Payment terms for premium AYUSH counselling registration and packages:
Accepted Methods: UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and Bank transfers directly to AAS Eduguide Pvt. Ltd. designated accounts.
Refund Policy: All registered token bookings and package fees have a strict 7-day refund cooling-off period, provided counselling selection rounds have not commenced. Fees are non-refundable once choice filling closes or seat allotments are declared.
5. Limitation of Liability (No Seat Assurance Guarantee)
All prediction calculations, matrix reports, and cut-off analyses generated by this portal are advisory in nature. AAS Eduguide Pvt. Ltd. does not sell seats, nor do we guarantee a seat allotment.
Actual allotments depend entirely on official merit lists, category quotas, seat vacancy updates, and final rankings decided by state boards and AACCC. The Company shall not be liable for the non-allotment of a seat.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
